Recruit CRM lets you link companies with each other as Subsidiaries or Parent/Child.

Since you might have client companies with different subsidiaries or locations, you can have one primary (Parent) company and the secondary/subsidiaries (Child) companies.

First method to link parent/child companies

All you have to do is to click on the 3 dot ellipses button and link the company to its Parent or Child.

Go to the company's profile > Click on the three-dot ellipses button and choose the relevant option:

Once you have done this, on those respective companies, you will see whether the company is related to a Parent company. Here's how you can identify whether the company you are viewing has a Parent company:

Here, a Subsidiary of XXXX company means you are on a Child/Subsidiary company profile

Second method to link parent/child companies

You can also link parent-to-child companies while importing companies using a CSV/XLS file.

During the import process, you'll need to map all the columns in your sheet to their respective fields in Recruit CRM. When doing this, you can map the column in your sheet that contains the parent company to the "Parent Company Name" field.

You can also select "Child Company" as a field to map to your columns, depending on which company you want to link as a child or as a parent.

1. Once you have assigned a Parent/Subsidiary company, you can View All Contacts grouped in the Group Contacts section.

2. You will be able to see the subsidiary companies in the Subsidiaries/Child Companies on the Parent Company profile page.

Both the points above are highlighted in the image below:
