When a new contact is added/created in Recruit CRM, you need to assign that contact to the respective Company/Organization where that person is working.

Here's how you can assign a contact to the Company in Recruit CRM.

Option 1: Use the inline option to assign a company

Stepwise process:

  • Go to your list of contacts and choose a contact from the list that you wish to assign to a company.
  • Look for the field "Company Name" within the profile and click on the pencil icon against the "Company Name"

  • Type the name of the company that you wish to assign, select the company name from the list and click button to save.

Option 2: Using an Edit Contact form to assign a company

Stepwise process:

  • Go to your list of contacts and choose a contact from the list that you wish to assign to a company.
  • Click on the Edit button (pencil icon) to open the Edit the form. Type the company name in the "Company Name" section and select the company from the list. Don't forget to hit Submit to save the changes.
