If you've mistakenly created a free account on Recruit CRM instead of joining your official one, this article will provide you with step-by-step guidance to seamlessly join your official account.

The first step is to deactivate the free trial you created. This is because you can use your email ID to register with only one Recruit CRM account.

1. Navigate to the Admin Settings -> Account Management Settings.

2. Scroll to the bottom and click on the "Deactivate Account" button:

3. After you deactivate your free account, the admin of your official account needs to send you another request to join the team. 

4. Once your Admin invites you, you'll receive the invitation link in your email:

5. Simply click on the link provided in the email. From there, you'll be prompted to enter your name, email, and password. After filling out the required information, click on the "Join [Your Company Name]" button to join your account:
