This feature allows you to view and navigate through all candidates within a specific hiring stage of a job. From the candidate pipeline, you can open a candidate's profile and move through the remaining candidates in the same stage using the Next button, making it easier to review and manage candidates without repeatedly returning to the pipeline.
While reviewing candidates, you can also see the total number of candidates associated with the job, view all candidates in the selected hiring stage, and perform actions directly from each candidate's profile details page.

• You need to quickly move between candidates in the same stage using the Next button

How to View and Navigate Candidates Within a Hiring Stage
Follow the steps below to review all candidates within a specific hiring stage of a job:
Navigate to the Jobs list page and open the job you want to review.
Scroll down to the Candidate Pipeline, located at the bottom of the job page.
Click on the hiring stage whose candidates you want to view.
From the list of candidates in that stage, click on any candidate.
The candidate's profile will open in Sequence View, which appears at the top of the page and allows you to navigate through all candidates within that hiring stage.
Use the Next button to move through candidates one by one without returning to the pipeline.
Note: The Next button only navigates through candidates within the currently selected hiring stage. It does not move between different hiring stages.
What You Can Do in the Sequence View?
• Move between candidates in the selected hiring stage using the Next button
• View the total number of candidates available in that stage
• Access candidate details, activities, notes, and other profile information
• Continue reviewing candidates without returning to the Candidate Pipeline

Problem: The Next button does not appear or does not move to another candidate.
Problem: The Next button does not appear or does not move to another candidate.
Likely cause: There may be only one candidate in that hiring stage, or you are already on the last candidate in the sequence.
What to check: Confirm how many candidates are listed in the hiring stage and review the total candidate count for the job.
Resolution: If multiple candidates exist, continue using the Next button to move through them; if only one candidate is present, there will be no further candidate to move to.
