AI Email Reply Suggestions

Click on Reply or Reply All from the Mailbox or Related Emails section.

An AI Suggestion Card appears at the bottom of the compose window with a short preview (first two lines) of the reply. The suggestion loads asynchronously, allowing you to continue typing while it is being generated. You can click View More to expand and read the full response, and scroll within the card if the content is longer.

Click Insert to add the reply to the email editor. If you have already typed content, the AI reply will be inserted above it. Once inserted, the suggestion card will automatically close, and the inserted content remains fully editable.

If the suggestion does not match your requirement, you can click Regenerate to create a new version, which replaces the previous suggestion without affecting any text already written in the editor. For more specific changes, you can click Customize to open AI Assist and refine the response with additional instructions.

Use the toggle in the compose window to control how AI suggestions appear. The toggle is ON by default, and you can turn it OFF to hide suggestions if needed. Your preference is remembered during your session and resets to the default state (ON) when you log in again.

Optionally, provide feedback on the suggestion using 👍 or 👎 to help improve future responses. Feedback can be submitted once per suggestion.

Once ready, review your email and click Send. The suggestion card will automatically disappear when the email is sent, the compose window is closed, or after the suggestion has been inserted.
