What this feature does and when to use it?
The Profile section allows you to manage your personal Recruit CRM account settings, including your profile picture, registered email, time zone, time format, default currency, password, email reminders, daily email reports, email tracking, and browser notifications.
This feature is useful when you want to:
Set up your Recruit CRM profile for the first time.
Update your registered email, password, or time zone.
Manage email reminders, daily reports, email tracking, or browser notifications.
How to Set Up Your Profile
Open your Profile section: From any screen in Recruit CRM, click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Profile.
Change your profile picture: In the Profile section, click the existing profile image on the left side and upload the picture you want to use for your Recruit CRM account.
Change your registered email ID: Click the email section, remove your existing email address, and enter the new email address you want to use for your Recruit CRM account.
Set your default time zone: Select your preferred time zone from the Time Zone dropdown and click Save Profile to apply the change.
Choose your time format: Select either the 12-hour AM/PM or 24-hour format. Your selected format will be reflected wherever time is displayed or selected across Recruit CRM, including interviews and custom date/time fields. The same format will also be reflected in the mobile app.
For example:
In 12-hour format, times will appear as: 5:00 AM, 5:00 PM.
In 24-hour format, times will appear as: 05:00, 17:00 (without AM/PM)
Note: You can also have a separate currency for each candidate and each job. You can change that by going inside the candidate's profile or inside that job.
All Amount fields follow a standardized currency format: <Symbol><Amount> <Code> (e.g., $100 USD, ₹5,000 INR). Amount values are also right-aligned across list views and tables for easier scanning.
Note: This formatting does not apply to Contract Staffing/Timesheets.
Change your account password: Click Change Password, enter your current password, and then enter your new password to update your account credentials.
Manage email reminders and daily email reports: Turn off email reminders and the daily email report: If you don't want to receive email reminders for your tasks and appointments in Recruit CRM, here's how you can turn them off by disabling this toggle.
You can also disable the daily email report, which is a report you'll receive every morning between 8-10 AM, essentially a list of all your website, job boards, and talent pool applications or Recruit CRM profile submissions from the last twenty-four hours.
Manage the email tracking pixel: This feature will help you manage your email tracking within Recruit CRM. If it is on, Recruit CRM will add a tracking pixel in your email body, and if it is off, then the system won't add a tracking pixel.
If the emails that are sent from Recruit CRM are going to the spam or junk folder of your recipient, turn this tracking pixel off to avoid emails going to spam or junk.
Enable browser notifications: You can also enable browser notifications for real-time updates without the need to be active on the web app.
Note: Profile settings apply to your individual user account and do not change other users’ settings.
