What this feature does and when to use it?

Changing or resetting your Recruit CRM password lets you update the password you use to log in to your account. You can use this when:

  • You want to change your existing Recruit CRM password from within your account.

  • You have forgotten your Recruit CRM password and cannot log in.

  • Or simply, you want to reset your login credentials.

Step-by-step instructions

There are two ways to change your Recruit CRM password.

1. Change Password From Your Profile Page Settings:

Go to the Profile Settings by clicking on the Profile icon.

2. Scroll all the way down and click on the "Change Password" button.

3. Fill in the required fields to change your password and hit “Submit.”

You're done :)

2. Forgot Password Link:

If you forgot your Recruit CRM password, you can use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password.

Once you click on the “Forgot Password” link, it will ask you to enter your registered email address.

You’ll get an email from Recruit CRM (support@recruitcrm.io) with the reset password link.

Note: If you don't find the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

Click on the link to be redirected to the reset password page. You'll just have to type in your new password and confirm it.
