How to generate sequences using AI
1. When creating a Sequence for Candidates or Contacts, click on the option "Create Sequence Using AI".
2. On the box, enter your prompt accordingly. You can define your goal, use case, audience, desired tone, language, etc., tailoring the sequence to your needs.
This ultimately helps in generating personalized sequences with better accuracy. The more detail you provide in your prompt, the more accurate your sequence will be.
Important Note: We use ChatGPT to power the AI sequence generation, which is still undergoing improvements. As a result, the AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate or misleading. Please ensure you always double-check the results for accuracy.
You can also dictate your prompt by clicking on the microphone icon.
3. After writing or dictating your prompt, hit the "Send" button and a sequence will be generated.
By default, the sequences generated using AI have 5 to 6 steps.

6. Before saving the sequence and enrolling the records, you can edit the steps as you wish, and also add new ones:
If you manually add the steps first and then choose to use the AI to generate a sequence a warning message will appear, indicating that the AI-generated sequence will overwrite the manually added steps.
7. And there you go, you can now hit "Save" and enrol the records!

The AI-Assist feature has a monthly token limit of 1 million per user. In English, this corresponds to around 200,000-250,000 words, assuming an average word length of 5 characters. Please note that token counts may vary based on the language and content.
