Only users with access to the admin panel on the Business plan or account owners and admins on the Pro plan can perform this action.

Method 1 - Searching for the app while creating a recipe

1. Go to Admin Settings >> Workflow Automation & Integration under CRM Process Customization.

2. Go to the Workflow module.

3. On the extreme right, click on “Create” and then click on “Recipe” to create a new recipe.

4. It will now prompt you to add a name to your “Recipe” and select the folder to which you want to save this recipe (you can also create a new folder if you desire). After that, make sure "Pick A Starting Point" is set to "Trigger From An App" which is also the default option, and then click on the “Start Building” button.

5. On the right side of the new window, search for the app you want to integrate with Recruit CRM, if your app appears, the integration is possible, if you do not find your chosen app, proceed to method 2.

Method 2 - Searching the app in the community library

1. Under Workflow Automation & Integration click on the Community Library module and go to the "Custom Connectors" tab.

2. Search for the app you wish to integrate with and if you find it, click on the app.

3. Now click on the “Install” button.

4. Finally click on “Release connector”.

That’s it, your app is now installed and ready to be utilized in a recipe.

IMPORTANT: If you connect an app using Community Library, please drop us a message using the chatbot so that we can get this installed as a default app.

In case you can't find your app in the community library you can still integrate it provided it has an open API. Please contact the app's support team or search the internet to see whether it has an Open API.

Further, if you still need any assistance, please, reach out to us using the chatbot or email us at support@recruitcrm.io and we’ll be happy to help.
