How do you measure the effectiveness of an email sequence?

In this article, we'll take a look at the key statistics used to evaluate the performance of an email sequence and how they are calculated.

1. Total Enrollment- This refers to the total number of prospects who have been enrolled in the email sequence/step.

This number also indicates all the prospects who have been added to the sequence/step, even if they were manually or automatically removed at a later stage.

Total Enrollment = Active Enrollments + Unenrolled Prospects

2. Opened rate- The percentage of emails that were opened within a sequence/step by the prospects in the sequence.

Opened Rate = (Total Mails Opened * 100) / Total Mails Sent

3. Reply Rate- The percentage of emails that received a reply from the prospect in the sequence/step.

Reply Rate = (Total Mails Replied * 100) / Total Mails Sent

4. Unsubscribe Rate- This is the percentage of prospects who unsubscribed from the email sequence.

Unsubscribe Rate = (Total Prospects Unsubscribed*100)/ Total Prospects Enrolled

Hope this helps :)
