When a new contact is added/created in Recruit CRM, you need to assign that contact to the respective Company/Organization or multiple organisations (in case of multiple partnerships of the contact) with which the person is associated.

Here's how you can assign a contact to the Company in Recruit CRM.

  • Go to your list of contacts and choose a contact from the list that you wish to assign to a company.

  • Choose a contact that you want to assign to a company

  • Use the Edit Contact form to assign a company.

  • Click on the Edit button (pencil icon) to open the Edit form. Type the company name in the "Company Name" section and select the company from the list. Don't forget to hit Submit to save the changes.
