Recruit CRM allows you to bulk update multiple candidates at once. Follow the steps below to make the bulk update happen!

1. Open the list page containing the records you want to bulk update from a Hotlist/Search result/list view of candidates in the hiring stages of a job, etc. Select the list one at a time, or use the Bulk Select button (up to 1000 records at a time).

2. A bar of options will appear over the column heads to let you perform actions in bulk like- Update fields, export, add to hotlist, being the common actions across all record types. Choose the "Update Field"

3. A pop-up will show you all the fields that can be updated in bulk. Select the field you want to update & click on save. The fields will be updated instantly!

Note: Only Account Owners & Admins are authorized to bulk update fields, if you are a Team Member, please contact your account owner to get your role changed.
