Rroot is designed to make it easier for new users to set up their Recruit CRM profiles with ease. With both voice and chat modes, Rroot guides you through your very first steps on the platform, ensuring a smooth, clutter-free experience tailored for new users.
📝 Key Features
Easy Access Chatbot: Clicking on the 'Onboarding AI' icon at the top right corner of the screen opens the AI assistant widget at the bottom center of the screen. Rroot is only visible to accounts that are on the paid plan.
Voice-First Experience:
Rroot defaults to voice mode, so you can simply ask your questions or commands.Chat mode is also available as an alternative. You can click on the expand icon to switch to chat mode:
Rroot has different usage limits based on your plan:
Free plan users: Rroot will be available for 10 minutes total.
Paid plan users: Rroot will be available for 60 minutes in total, with each individual session limited to 30 minutes. This means you can have up to two 30-minute sessions.
