📊 What is a tracking pixel?

A tracking pixel is a tiny image or code snippet that is placed on a webpage or email to collect information about user behavior. It can help you track actions such as page visits, clicks, form submissions, and conversions. This data is useful for improving your campaigns and understanding your audience better.

🖥️ What is Google Tag Manager?

Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a tool from Google that allows you to manage and deploy marketing and analytics tags on your website without needing to edit the site’s code each time. With GTM, you can add tracking pixels, analytics codes, and other scripts all in one place, making it easier to keep track of them and update them when needed.

⛓️Embedding the GTM code with Recruit Craft

To start tracking your jobs page and other online sites, you’ll need to connect Google Tag Manager (GTM) with Recruit Craft. Once connected, GTM will help you track page views, clicks, scrolls, and much more.

Follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your GTM account. After filling in the required details like website name and identifiers, you’ll find the GTM code displayed on your dashboard. Copy this code.

2. Now go to Recruit Craft, click on your profile picture at the top right corner and go to Settings.

3. From the settings menu on the left, select Google Tag Manager.

4. Paste the GTM code you copied earlier into the given field.

5. Click Save.

That’s it! Your Recruit Craft websites are now successfully connected to Google Tag Manager, and you’re all set to start tracking.

Hope this helps!
