What this setting does and when to use it
The Timesheets setting in Account Management is an account wide switch for the Timesheets module. It decides whether the module exists in your account at all. When the module is turned on, everything related to contractor time tracking becomes available to your team. When it’s turned off, the module is hidden from your entire account, and your timesheet records are stored safely in the background.
This setting is managed once at the account level by your Account Owner. It doesn’t apply to any specific contractor, job, or client.
Use this setting when:
Your agency is starting to place contractors and wants the Timesheets module available in your account.
Your team no longer handles contract placements and wants the module removed from view.
You’ve paused contract staffing and want to hide the module temporarily without losing any timesheet records.
You’re resuming contract staffing and want to bring the module and all your past records back.
The Timesheets module must be turned on before anyone in your account can set up timesheets for an individual contractor.
Before you begin
Only the Account Owner can turn the Timesheets module on or off.
Using the Timesheets module consumes Recruit CRM Credits. You can learn more about it here.
Turning on the module makes it available account wide. What each user can see and do inside the module still depends on their role permissions.
