To bulk update record owners
Open the Candidates page in Recruit CRM to view the full list of candidates. Select the checkboxes for all candidates you want to assign to an owner.
Click on the More option to access additional bulk actions.
From the More menu, select Update field to modify a field for all the selected candidates.
From the dropdown menu, select the Owner field to update the owner for all selected candidate records.
Select or enter the name of the new owner you want to assign to the selected candidates, then click Submit to update the Owner field for all selected records.
Change Record Owner from the Details Page
Open the specific record (candidate, company, contact, or job) for which you want to change the owner.
On the record details page, hover over the owner’s name and click on the pencil icon beside it.
From the dropdown, select the new owner to whom you want to transfer the record.
Click on Submit to save the changes.
