Behind the scenes, Advanced Analytics is built on Metabase, and that's the name you'll see in Claude. You'll use it during setup, and it's what Claude will respond to when you ask about your data.

1. Login into your Recruit CRM account on your default browser, or any browser where you're running your agent.

2. Go to the Advanced Analytics tab (inside the Reports section). This is the session that authorizes the connection later in the setup.

Please note: Do not use this connector for general Recruit CRM actions (candidates, jobs, pipeline updates, etc.). This connection is scoped to Advanced Analytics only, and is separate from other Recruit CRM connections.

3. On Claude (Desktop app or claude.ai), go to Customize → Connectors. Click on Browse and search for Metabase, then click "+".

Click on 'Connect to Claude'.

4. Enter the server URL: https://analytics.recruitcrm.io/api/metabase-mcp and click ‘Connect’.

5. Since you're already logged into Recruit CRM's Advanced Analytics screen, you'll see an authorization prompt. On the authentication page that opens, click "Authorize" to connect.

6. Return to Claude. The connector should now show as "Connected." You're ready to ask Metabase (Advanced Analytics) questions.

Note: If the Metabase connector is not visible as "Connected", please try to quit and restart Claude.

Step-by-step instructions on how to connect Advanced Analytics MCP via ChatGPT

1. Login into your Recruit CRM account on your default browser, or any browser where you're running your agent.

2. Go to the Advanced Analytics tab (inside the Reports section). This is the session that authorizes the connection later in the setup.

3. Open ChatGPT Settings, navigate to Security and login, then scroll down to enable Developer mode.

Please note: Remote MCP connectors require Developer Mode on ChatGPT.

4. Go to Plugins and click on the "+" icon.
