If the Recruit CRM MCP connector isn't connected yet:

Start a new chat with Claude/ChatGPT/Perplexity and ask it to pull up the candidate using their name. If you're working with a common name, include the job title to help Claude/ChatGPT/Perplexity find the right profile.
