📋 How to Export Timesheets
Go to the Jobs page and open a job with the type set to Contract or Contract to Permanent.
Scroll to the Candidate Pipeline section and click View All Timesheets.
3. There are two ways to export timesheets: individually or in bulk.
Export an Individual Timesheet
You can directly export the desired timesheet in XLSX (default format) by clicking on the Export button in the Action column.
If you want to export it in CSV, follow along -
i. Click on the desired timesheet period.
ii. Choose the preferred export format (XLSX or CSV).
iii. Click Export.
Export Multiple Timesheets
i. Select the timesheets you want to export, or use the top box to select all.
ii. Click the Export button on the top header bar.
iii. Choose the fields you want to include that will be exported in the timesheet.
iv. If you want to export each day as a separate column, check the box at the top. This generates a day-wise breakdown with separate sheets for each timesheet period, with the option to include daily work and overtime hours.
v. Select the desired format (XLSX or CSV) and click Export.
If CSV is selected with day-wise export enabled, the output is delivered as a ZIP file containing a separate CSV for each timesheet period.
Please note
You can follow the same steps to export timesheets from the Deals section.
