📋 Overview of each step in the Recipe

1. Trigger: New Document event in DocuSign

This is the starting point of the automation. It gets triggered whenever a document is added in DocuSign.

2. Actions:

  • Search deals in Recruit CRM:

Searches deals in Recruit CRM using the DocuSign Envelope ID custom field.

  • IF Condition:

Checks whether the deals list number is greater than 0.

If yes, it continues to the next step, which is to list the documents in DocuSign and if the list size is greater than 0 in DocuSign, then for each item in the Envelope documents, download the signed document from DocuSign and uploads the signed document in the deals file section.

If no, then no further action is taken.

Hope this helps!😊
