You can add collaborators to existing tasks or create a new task.

  1. Adding collaborators to an existing task:

Click on Tasks and Appointments on the left bar. Select Tasks on the top, a list of existing tasks will show up. 

Click on the edit icon to the extreme right of the task to which a collaborator is to be added. This will open up a form, then click on the drop down arrow next to collaborator to add a collaborator. Now, click on Update. 

2. Adding a collaborator to a new task (add link of new task).

Add the person who would accompany you as a collaborator for the task.
Click on new, a small window will open, click on task.

A new task form will open, Click on the drop down arrow next to collaborator. Choose your collaborator & click on Update.

Done.
