You can post all open jobs on your company website or Job Boards to get applicants directly into your database. Recruit CRM also lets you customize Job Application Forms with fields of your choice!

To set up your Job Application Form, follow the steps below:

First, Click on Admin Settings Then Click the Job Application Form Settings button.

Once you’re in, you'll see the first tab as "General Page Settings", where you can set the following things:

Job Description or Job Application 📝

Choose what you wish to show first. Choose whether you wish to show the job description or the job application directly on your application form.

Turn the toggle ON to show the Job Description on the job application form and OFF to remove the job description from the job application form.

Social Media Icons

Hide or show the social media share icons on your job application form. Turn the toggle on or off depending on whether you want to show the social media icons on the Job Application form or not.

Automated “Thank you for applying” emails

You can send Automated Emails to candidates who apply for jobs using your online job application forms.

1. First off, you'll need to create an email template for the automated email you send out. Here's how you can create Email Templates for automated workflows.

2. Now choose the template.

3. You can also choose the sender from your users who have connected their emails to Recruit CRM.

Setting-up candidate terms

Set your Candidate Terms that candidates will need to agree to before submitting their application forms.

GDPR needs to be turned on in Account Settings for this to appear.

Job application form fields

The next step is selecting the fields that you want on the Job Application Form

Switch to the "Job Application Field Settings" tab from the top.

You can reorder the sequence of the fields by dragging the fields up / down.

You can set the field labels to words in your language and also add a placeholder text by clicking on the edit button next to the field label.

You can also choose which fields you want to be mandatory on the application form and turn off the visibility for ones you don't wish to show.

Adding Job associated files to the Application (Note: This feature is available only for our Business plan users) - these are job-specific files that you can ask the candidate to upload for each job. Here is an article for more on this: Save/Share files associated with a candidates job application with your Contacts

Adding Language and Proficiency fields to the Application - You can also add options to add language and the respective proficiency level to the application form.

You can add one or multiple default languages to the form by updating the field values.

On the application form, candidates will have to define a proficiency level for the default languages added.

In case, there are no default languages added to the form, then, candidates can add multiple languages and define the proficiency level for each of them.

Setting up candidate questions

1. First, create a library of questions that you want candidates to answer. You can do that from the "Job Application Form Field Settings" tab by scrolling to the bottom.

2. Click on "Add Question" and save it. Once this is done, you'll have the following option to select the candidate questions for each job while creating/editing a job.

3. The questions and their answers can be found under the "Candidate Questions" tab on the candidate's profile.

If you need further help with this, please use the chat icon at the bottom right of your screen to shoot us a message :)
