Recruit CRM lets you connect your email from within the system to help save time while sending & receiving emails.

Each user can connect 1 email account to Recruit CRM.

You can connect a Gmail, Outlook, Zoho Or IMAP email in less than 20 seconds.

Here’s how to do it- Go to Email Settings from the Profile icon

Hit “Connect” against Gmail, Outlook, or Zoho it’ll redirect you to the permissions page. Just allow all permissions and you’re done!

If you’re using any 3rd party email service provider (IMAP), you can connect it using our “Other Email” option.

Note: You need to enter details like your IMAP & SMTP server, these details can be obtained from the settings page on your main email server.

Once connected, it will take between 3-10 minutes to fetch your emails in Recruit CRM.
