You can schedule your emails to be sent out for a particular date and time, in advance. To schedule an email you have to go through the following steps:

1. Click on the email ID of the candidate/contact from either the list view or the detailed profile view.

Note: You cannot bulk-select candidates/contacts and schedule emails, it needs to be done individually.

2. Once you compose the email, right beside the send button you can see an arrow and that reads "Send Later" when you click on that. Click on "Send Later".

3. It will now give you the option to choose the date and time as per your time zone. You will need to select a date and time at least 15 mins in the future. For eg., if the current time is 1.43 pm and you select 1.45 pm then you will not be able to schedule the email.

All the emails that you have scheduled show up in your mailbox under the Scheduled Emails tab. You will only see your own scheduled emails and not those of your team members.

If a scheduled email fails to go through, you will be able to reschedule it from the scheduled emails section in the mailbox.

A few limits on scheduling emails:

  • Each user in an account can schedule 20 emails in every 5-minute slot. (Note: If there are 3 recipients in an email, then it is considered as 3 separate emails as our bulk email functionality sends separate emails to each recipient)

  • The user can schedule 100 emails per day (based on the GMT time zone for 24 hours).

  • You can add a maximum of 10 recipients in an email.

  • Emails cannot be scheduled in bulk at the moment, you have to manually enter the emails in the TO section if you want to schedule an email for 10 people.
