Directly parse resumes/CVs into candidates from your mailbox in Recruit CRM.

First, go into your Recruit CRM mailbox and open the email with the CV/Resume attached. You’ll then see a green button that reads “Parse attachments into Candidates” as shown in the image below:

Once you click on it, you will get a pop-up where you'll need to click on the "Parse Resume" option:

Select the CV or CVs that you wish to parse, and click on the “Parse Resume” button. You can parse multiple CVs or attachments at once as well.

You will get the option to compose an email, add notes, assign an owner, update fields, assign to a job, and add to a hotlist directly from that page.

Adding a mailer as candidate/contact:

To add a mailer as a candidate or a contact:

  1. Go to your mailbox and open the email whose mailer you wish to add as a candidate or a contact.

  2. Hover your cursor over the + button and you’ll get an option to add the mailer as a candidate or contact:

Click on the add as a candidate/add as a contact button you will get an option to fill out all the other necessary fields and hit submit.

That's it! You have now successfully added the mailer as a candidate and/or a contact!
