Parent/Child Company Relationship

This article will show you how you can create links between companies to define Parent/Child/Subsidiary relationships between them

Recruit CRM lets you link companies with each other as Subsidiaries or Parent/Child.

Since you might have client companies with different subsidiaries or locations, you can now have one primary (Parent) company and the secondary/subsidiaries (Child) companies.

All you have to do is to click on the 3 dot ellipses button and link the company to its Parent or Child.

Go to the company's profile > Click on the three-dot ellipses button and choose the relevant option:

Once you have done this, on those respective companies, you will see whether the company is related to a Parent company. Here's how you can identify whether the company you are viewing has a Parent company:

Here, a Subsidiary of XXXX company means you are on a Child/Subsidiary company profile

Quick Note:

  1. Once you have assigned a Parent/Subsidiary company, you can View All Contacts grouped in the Group Contacts section.

  2. You will be able to see the subsidiary companies in the Subsidiaries/Child Companies on the Parent Company profile page.
