Verifying Your Email ID

This article will help you verify your registered email

Once you’ve signed up to Recruit CRM, the system will send you an email to verify your registered email ID.

You’ll get an email from Recruit CRM <support@recruitcrm.io> with the subject Recruit CRM: Verify Your Email ID.

If you can’t see the verification email in your Inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

If you still don’t find the email, then you can resend the verification link from Recruit CRM.

Follow the steps below to resend the verification link:

1. Go to any list page Candidates/Contacts/Companies and click on the Green “Add” button

2. The system will give you an option to resend the verification email. Make sure that you check your email ID before hitting the "Resend Email" button.

To verify your email, you just need to click on the link and that’s it!

Important Note: If you still have trouble finding the verification email please use the blue “chatbot” icon on the bottom right of your screen to send us a message and we’ll help you out!

Once your email ID is verified, you’ll see an Import option on the Green “Add” button inside Candidates/Contacts/Companies.

You’re now good to go!
