Secure public pages including Online Candidate lists submitted to clients & Candidate Profile Update Request forms.

With our handy 'Passcode' feature, you can ensure that your external pages remain secure and accessible only to authorized individuals.


How to set a passcode for your account? 🔢


1. Navigate to the Admin Settings and click on Account under Account Management Settings.

2. Set your 4-digit passcode and hit 'Save Passcode'.

Please note: Only the account owners have access to set the passcode.

Which external pages would ask for a passcode?


This Passcode will be required to access the following links:

Online Candidate list submitted to the client

1. Go to the Jobs list page and select the appropriate job to be shared with the client.

2. Click on the 'Submit Candidates' button to submit a list of candidates to the contact associated with that job.

When a client receives an email, they will receive a list of candidates that can be accessed only by entering the 4-digit passcode shared by you.

Profile Update Request form

1. Go to the Candidates List page.

2. Select a bunch of candidates whose profiles seem to be outdated.

3. Click on the "Request update" button

When a candidate receives an email, they will receive a link to their Recruit CRM profile that can be accessed only by entering the 4-digit passcode shared by you.
